With this in mind, the third CTX beta 2000 from DMG is already running in our production. The highly flexible lathe can powerfully machine components up to 600 millimetres in diameter and 2,000 millimetres in length thanks to its integrated, water-cooled spindle motor. The integrated Y-axis, the hollow clamping device and the differential pressure clamping for the main spindle mean that constantly changing requirements due to different products can be easily mastered.

The coolant unit with a powerful immersion cooler contributes significantly to the high accuracy required over a long machining period.

The additional production capacity is very helpful given the current high demand – but there is still room for more orders 😊
